Deborah L. Ferrée

Vice Chairman, Chief Product Officer, Designer Brands

Deborah L. Ferrée was named Chief Product Officer in February 2023. She previously served as President of Camuto Group since June 2021 and as Vice Chair since January 2006. Ms. Ferrée joined the Company in 1997 as Vice President of Merchandising. She then served as our Senior Vice President of Merchandising, Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer, and President and Chief Merchandising Officer. Prior to joining us, Ms. Ferrée worked in the retail industry for more than 20 years in various positions, including serving as Divisional Merchandising Manager of Shoes, Accessories and Intimate Apparel for Harris Department Store, women’s buyer for Ross Stores and Divisional Merchandise Manager of the May Company.
