Andrea O’Donnell

Executive Vice President, Designer Brands and President, Brands

Andrea O'Donnell was named Executive Vice President of Designer Brands and Brands President in January 2024. Prior to joining the company, Ms. O’Donnell served as Chief Executive Officer at Everlane and President of Fashion Lifestyle at Deckers, leading the expansion of Ugg and Koolaburra brands. Her extensive retail experience also includes serving as President, Global Merchandising at DFS Group, and as Executive Director at Lane Crawford, both for the Asia Pacific region. In addition, she also held various roles at retail brands including John Lewis, Hackett London, Jaeger and Debenhams.

O'Donnell currently sits on the Board of Directors for Fashionphile. She holds an MBA from the London Business School and a bachelor's degree from the London School of Economics.
